Manufacturing Process of Artificial Flower

1. Pattern making: inject the vulcanized rubber solution into the mold, and then cool the mold to make the blank of flowers or leaves;
2. Coloring the blank obtained from 1 can be realized by the following two methods:

  • (1) Coat and hang the rubber, immerse the blank obtained from 1 into the vulcanized rubber solution of other colors, and then put it forward for cooling;
  • (2) Color spray: use the spray gun to spray the required color on the blank obtained from 1;
3. Heat sealing molding: place the blank after 2 coloring in the heat sealing machine, control the heating temperature at about 200-300 ℃, and emboss the blank with a die to form a finished product;
4. After assembly and finalization, fix the finished flowers and leaves after 3-step heat sealing on the plastic rubber rod wound or machined by hand to complete the whole manufacturing process;

Production of plastic flower with cloth base

1. Pattern making the raw material processed in this step is pearl cotton with a thickness of 0.5-1mm. The pearl cotton is placed in the model of the press and stamped into a cloth base of simulated flowers;
2. Hang the rubber, immerse the cloth base obtained from 1 into the vulcanized rubber solution, then put it forward for cooling, and cure the vulcanized rubber on it, so as to complete the blank production;
3. Coloring the blank obtained by 2 can be colored by the following two methods:

  • (1) Cover and hang the rubber, immerse the blank obtained from 2 into the vulcanized rubber solution of other colors, and repeat the operation of 2 steps;
  • (2) Color spray: use the spray gun to spray the required color on the blank obtained from 2;

4. Heat sealing molding place the blank after 3 coloring in the heat sealing machine, and control the heating temperature at about 60 ℃. The low heating temperature is to avoid the melting of pearl cotton as cloth base at high temperature. The blank is embossed with a die to form a finished product;
5. Assembly and finalization the whole manufacturing process can be completed by fixing the finished flowers and leaves after 4-step heat sealing on the plastic rubber rod wound or machined by hand.
